I have never in my entire life seen a consultant ask a nurse an academic question in rounds before. We don't learn the same thing, what would be the point of asking you a medical question? I don't want to be disrespectful, but this looks like zobo.

This is a tweet criticising a toxic clinical space that goes on to use an example of a professor denying students essential learning opportunities because they didn't greet a member of staff as what we should strive for. You don't even see the irony in what you are saying?
To be honest, it is not all the medical elders that are susceptible for the creation and perpetuation of the “toxic clinical space.” We have the likes of Prof. Isezua who will send medical students out of his rounds b/c they’ve not greeted nurses in the ward. Team spirit.
