If developer builds a development right next to a public park & builds a huge canal on the actual public park to drain its surface water into hoping united utilities will later adopt it, isn't that giving public land away? @liamrobinson24 @CarlCashman @liverpoolpost @LivEchonews
Well well well.. Springfield Parks drainage plan is on the planning portal & makes for interesting reading. Here's just 1 of the interesting bits in para 3. "The swale & SUDS pond has been sized to accommodate the residential development" Why @lpoolcouncil would you allow this??

@AlderHey arranging swale, on public parkland, so their developer can build a residential development, that's funded to the tune of £1,470.000 by @MetroMayorSteve @LpoolCityRegion & authorised to not pay S106 money owed or meet affordable homes quota by @LiverpoolLabour Cllrs??

Fields in Trust published this in 2021. So far despite LCCs proud boast only 1 park has been protected despite continued assurances that parks would be processed imminently

Why has only one pocket park received its Deed of Dedication since 2021. The list and maps of the first 20 has been available for ages with promises that they will be sent to Fields in Trust shortly time and time again but nothing has happened. Why ? @lpoolcouncil @chamiltonbbc
