Yet again here I am in my favourite traffic jam on the bizarre route of the 82 which inexplicably has to circumnavigate Charlotte Street and Lime Street. I’m a stuck record on this, but there must be a better way. Plus this road is meant to have a bus gate, so why so many cars?
