We are happy to share the version 2 of our low-coverage imputation software, GLIMPSE2! . @dbc_unil @unil.
I am very excited that our new study presenting the GLIMPSE2 method is now available on @biorxivpreprint. This is a major advance in low-coverage WGS imputation. We made our method scalable to reference panels containing hundreds of thousands of samples.
