We found that:.1. Taking post-mortem damage (PMD) into account before imputation improves imputation accuracy of highly damaged genomes.2. Imputation is robust to moderate levels of PMD.3. Imputation performance breaks down for contamination>5%.

I am very excited that our new study presenting the GLIMPSE2 method is now available on @biorxivpreprint. This is a major advance in low-coverage WGS imputation. We made our method scalable to reference panels containing hundreds of thousands of samples.
