Some drivers give away the checkerd flag today.... Carl was giving away the whole trophy for many of his wins.
Gave one to my brother. The Industry didn’t know how good they had it when Carl was around.
Carl Edwards won the 2004 Truck race at Daytona and immediately gave the trophy to a kid battling illness. Carl gave away almost all of his trophies to kids.
