Unused Software License Update!. @USDA saved $14M/yr by removing 6,323 unused PowerApps (20,708 to 14,385), 2,549 Team Domestic Calling licenses (8,412 to 5,863), 822 Project Planners (2,116 to 1,294) and 2,335 Visio licenses (4,987 to 2,652). @NASA saved ~$500k/yr by removing.

More unused phone lines!. @USGSA saved ~$800k/year by eliminating ~1,700 unused plans, switching plans for many of the remaining ones, and eliminating 2,218 unused cellular equipment payments. @SBA reduced its VOIP licenses from 9,195 to 2,690, eliminating 6,505.
Unused phone lines!. Of the 1048 @USOPM phone lines, 198 (19%) were either unused or duplicated. OPM cancelled these lines (took 1 hour), resulting in ~$100k/yr in savings. Since OPM is ~0.1% of the federal government, this suggests that ~$100M/yr is wasted on unused lines.

Credit Card Update!. After 14 weeks, the program to audit unused/unneeded credit cards has expanded to 55 agencies resulting in ~610k de-activated cards. As a reminder, at the start of the audit, there were ~4.6M active cards/accounts; more work to do!
