Heh, twitter, I've had surgery on my quadriceps tendon. My leg is in a splint. Are there any exercises I do now that can help me generally get match-fit - for dancing on tables, etc - without wrecking my recovery?

Would I consider working in London again? I guess yes but when you can have a walk like this behind the clinic to start the day I doubt it. #madetomove

🐅 on the prowl again! Lots of comments regarding him still limping. The guy has had multiple back surgeries (including fusion) and multiple ankle surgeries (including fusion). Not to mention poli trauma following his RTA. He will always have a limp!! Good luck Tiger! ⛳️
