Our latest work "TopBP1 biomolecular condensates: a new therapeutic target in advanced-stage colorectal cancer" led by Laura Morano, is now out in @eLife! Huge thanks to our collaborators at @IGH_MTP & @ircm_mtl. And a special thought goes to Angelos. đ

Pharmacological disruption of TopBP1 condensation impairs ATR signaling, promotes DNA damage and apoptosis, and enhances the efficacy of FOLFIRI chemotherapy in colorectal cancer.

Dear all, our review on the functions of condensates formed in response to DNA damage is available in open https://t.co/TbmYXPE00T. Condensates are the subject of polarized discussions. We strived to propose a path through the nuclear landscape. Hope you will find it useful.
