Our ATL to ABQ flight on July 19 faced multiple delays and cancellations. The earliest we could get home was July 25! We rebooked w/another airline and got home at 3 AM today. This is unacceptable. What if I couldn't afford another ticket, had small kids, or a medical condition?
.@USDOT has opened an investigation into Delta Air Lines to ensure the airline is following the law and taking care of its passengers during continued widespread disruptions. All airline passengers have the right to be treated fairly, and I will make sure that right is upheld.
