Christmas 2020, a yr after the fires, my main kill floor guy had collapsed behind the wheel days earlier and almost died. I was on that floor by myself, everyone here had never worked an abs before that day. 130 birds per hr in a mobile platform and no one exhaused.

Middle men provide value. A common lie in the space started by Joel is that middlemen take margin providing no value. When we launched Crowd Carnivore it was immediately clear that middle men provide immeasurable value. Now I would go as far as saying middle men don't exist.

My boomer neighbours have more houses than grandkids.
