@HarrySpoelstra Yep. The virus is remodelling our immune system for its own propagation with each infection. Also, secondary infections are having a field day in this environment. Vaccination against things like flu are even more critical when you have a disabled antiviral response.

when I first applied, I got refused. not because they disputed that I had a disability but being totally blind was not enough to qualify someone. We are talking not even if it is day or night so no vision at all.
We can’t say this enough. If people think it’s so easy to fake a disability and fraudulently claim disability benefits then they should go ahead and prove it. Disability benefits are notoriously difficult to get and the process is frustrating, humiliating,exhausting and designed

if someone said that I was employed at my job to afirm my humanity, I would be super offended! I like to think I am there to actually contribute to the company's goals. I am guessing that is why they pay me! for the record, it is a living wage!
Not saying this cafe doesn’t, but please when you see posts like this make sure that the disabled people featured are being paid equitable wages. It’s all “empowerment” until disabled people want financial independence too.
