Getting both stages back in a non-destroyed state is crazy. I doubt this is currently doing 100T to orbit, but let's say it's 10T right now. It's about $1m to fuel the stack and maybe another $1m in logistics per launch, that's $200/kg to LEO. If they hit 100T it's $20/kg
