Nice collaborative work from the @KampourakisLab with @C_Trass87 … feel compelled to point out that the #FLIM is based on @Becker_Hickl cards and hybrid detectors. It’s been a workhorse @KCLcancer_pharm for over 20 years.

Researchers from @KingsCollegeLon have developed a #FRET #Microscopy assay for monitoring the interaction of cMyBP-C with the sarcomere lattice of cardiac cells, with FRET experiments performed using a #FLIM system configured on a Ti-E microscope: https://t.co/DHEJRJKP6I

Two PhD studentships available as part of FLIMagin3D Horizon DTN. Developing and working with the latest FLIM technology, you’ll be the kind of person who ignores discipline boundaries and wants a multidisciplinary career!

1/10 We’re excited to share a new preprint focused on kinesin-1 auto-inhibition led by Zhenyu Tan. TL;DR - we show that kinesin-1 is inhibited more like origami instead of head-to-tail using a combination of negative stain EM, XL-MS, and #AlphaFold. 🧵 below:

I made a new quantitative pH sensor for lysosomes w/@Maria_Ingaramo! You may ask: aren’t there already tons of pH sensors? Yes, but this one is SUPERB for lysosomes: bright, quantitative, targetable & single-color. mScarlet lifetime reports lysosomal pH: https://t.co/9u1M3ZAWAz
