I'm super psyched that they actually went back and remade ALL of Klonoa 2's assets from the ground up.
It's not something they had to do, even just the original upscaled would've sufficed, but I'm still really glad they did.

I was one of four kids in the world who had a part of their childhood partially defined by this, it was the only movie I remember watching on VHS before we completely made the switch to DVD, of all films and it isn’t even the one in this series which some people remember watching

Looking at Lolo here, the difference is night and day, she's no longer on fire.
It looks like the excessive bloom will not be carrying over thankfully.
