I think it will still work, if the 400 coin packs aren't there then there wont be as much supply, meaning any bronzes with demand should rise more than they would with 400 coin packs available. Maybe less consistent though.

The entire FUT franchise is old.
The revamps to WL and rivals only reduced the fun factor more.
Pack animation is so quick and boring that it kills menu hype.
Too many promos and 2 teams per promo = bad market meaning any money spent becomes worthless a lot quicker

Full release, servers overloaded
In terms of game play, there are a few issues but they’re not major issues until exaggerated through poor connection to the servers.
