1 year on from my first Achilles surgery. Itβs been one hell of a ride thru the ups and downs and it has been one of the biggest challenges Iβve been through. This type of injury will test you for sure but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel π€πΎ

I remember this day so well ,Regan was a massive fan of jonah lomu and my mum somehow got him to come to our house in port talbot lol . He signed Reganβs game he had of him and a shirt . Bless ! He was so friendly . He defiantly influenced @ReganGrace5 rugby career. True legend
