1 large egg for each cup of powders. Pork panko gives a little more structure than the powdered butter alone. Blending in the goats milk tones down the butter flavor. Sub powdered heavy cream for a sweeter profile. The tiny bit of a liquid fat helps keep it moist.

Sharing my best combo yet for @CaryKelly11’s powdered dairy biscuits. 1 cup powdered butter, 1 cup powdered goats milk, 1 cup pork panko bread crumbs, 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar etc), any seasoning you want, teaspoon or butter or similar liquid fat. 350 4 10 mins

Came out really well. About 1/4 cup of the goat powder and 3/4 or so butter power. Seems to tone down the salty/buttery flavor and lets the cheese pop out more.

Made a variation of @CaryKelly11 ‘s biscuits for some sausage and biscuits. Mixed a tiny bit of powdered goats milk into each cup of powdered butter. Also added some sharp shredded cheddar and bacon bits to them.

This shit is crazy man. USAID gives grants to far left-wing "non-profits." Non-profits pay their employees six-figure salaries. Mostly in the 300-500K a year range. I'd estimate that over half of the DC economy is an outright looting of all of us, via USAID grants.
