Last week Waking Watch was imposed on us. Today I asked WW to confirm our fire evacuation strategy. I was in our gated development and confirmed I am an owner/resident. He refused saying "I don't know who you are so I can't tell you". @ukcag @Lees_Martina @MilesDilworth @FT

@tomcopley No. Developers are more likely to come to the table with more cash to fix their own mistakes when they see their reputation&future sales threatened. You know this from Ballymore&New Providence Wharf. Using the excuse of homeless families to protect rogue developers is outrageous!

Out of the last 7 working days we’ve spent 4 of them waiting for @weareballymore to perform either balcony or fire door inspections, and we’ve had 3 days of no shows, yet more of my life wasted by @ballymore. @Ballymorehell @Ballymore_ruin @TowerHamletsJL #leaseholdscandal

Thankfully, we wouldn’t knowingly do that unlike untrustworthy developers and incompetent building control.
