📢New paper in @TheLancet suggests that fermentable carbohydrates and nocebo effects contribute considerably to symptom generation in cases of non-coeliac gluten sensitivity (NCGS), rather than gluten. This aligns NCGS with other disorders of gut-brain interaction like IBS 🧠 💩
