HS stats can be impressive, but stats WILL NOT get you recruited. Pad your stats vs 70 mph pitching in non-conf games? Who runs your Game Changer? There's no metrics attached to your .400 avg or 1.50 ERA to determine how strong or fast you are. Stats don't tell the whole story.

Why Juco? 100% scholarship(most cases) vs 25-35% scholarship. 2 seasons(fall and spring), immediate playing time(most cases), smaller classes, less restrictions on coaches time spent with players, draft options open, learn to grind.

"D1 or bust?". Ask yourself, what is the real intention behind your statement? More than 80% of baseball is played below the D1 level. In a typical draft, about 100 D2 players are drafted, a dozen D3, 100+ JUCO, 30+ NAIA. Tell those professionals they are lousy players.

I always thought LHP @jpen2003 (@UnionUsc) was a Dawg at @BaseballTuscola, & he was definitely a Dawg for the @HoneycrispsONSL on 6/7. 7 IP, 7Ks, 4 H, 0 ER, sat mid 80's. He just has that "It" factor that is hard to find in arms. Could be D1 through @jucoroute
