Congratulations to senior John Neuenschwander for setting a new school record. The previous school record for batting average in a season was .491, which was set last year by, John Neuenschwander! This year John batted .517 ( 30-58) with 71 PA, 4 2B, 2 3B, 2 HR, 13 RBI, 18 runs.

ACA drops their 3rd round playoff game to Grace Christian. Grace used a 7-run fifth inning to win 10-0. The Lions finish the season with an 8-12 record. This team overcame a lot of obstacles off the field, playing an entire season without a baseball field due to Hurricane Helene.

The Lions beat Concord Academy 8-7 to advance to the 3rd round of the NCISAA baseball playoffs. ACA will travel to Grace Christian Sanford Saturday. Game-time 1pm.

ACA is the 8 seed for the NCISAA baseball playoffs. The Lions have a first round bye and will host the winner of Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill vs. Concord Academy game on Thursday at Big League Camp. Time TBD.
