Keema Mattar is one of my favourite dishes-when I was young it was made every week by our family cook-sometimes he would add potatoes or spinach/methi. Keema is brilliant stuffed inside a toastie or an omelette. Those who have my cookbook I have a keema Pulao recipe in there.

When we reopen inshallah-we plan to sell small jars of ghee-jars will be tagged with the name of the person who made the ghee-All of us in the team have memories of watching our mothers/grandmothers making ghee-I want to share this family tradition with our guests.
