Standard of care needs to be an evolving definition with teams constantly striving to achieve better and improved outcomes. MIO's can be challenging but better outcomes and leak rates are definitely achievable @NOGUnewcastle. An hallmark of team effort and patient centred care.

Agree Nick and Suzanne. Good exposure to open techniques helps to shorten learning curve with MIs (especially robotic) and aids to perform extended resections in a minimally invasive manner.
