Unfortunately, I’ve lost my job due to the COVID-19 pandemic. None of this could have been predicted, but I’m thankful that despite the unknowns, I serve a God who has my ultimate good in mind. 🙌🏽 Here is to the next chapter, whatever that may be.

Loved this pairing today! To keep power in-tact and movements as sharp as possible, implement 3-4 min rest in-between exercises for greater outputs.
A few quarantine realizations thus far...the more reading/research I do:
• The more I realize I don’t know A LOT
• The more frustrated I get with myself
• The more apt I am to being nervous talking w/ other coaches not wanting to sound unintelligent
