If you’re... Jumping, landing, decelerating, eccentrically loading, lifting, training on 1 leg, etc.. Then you don’t need to spend $120 on an ACL Prevention clinic. ACL prevention SHOULD just be apart of your program...not a separate program.

Quality training is not that fun or fancy looking. But it sure is effective. One of the countries best lacrosse players doing some basic stuff with mean intent.

Doing nonstop skill work at the expense of missing weight room sessions at a certain point doesn’t really get you much return on investment. Athletes put the lacrosse stick, hockey stick, soccer ball away once in a while and hit the weight room 2 to 3 times a week in your

Power is simply force x velocity. Weights = more total force. The more you can lift, the faster and more efficiently you can move submaximal weights thus increasing power. Testing just allows us to see that. Want more power and harder shots etc…? Hit the weight room!
