I'm excited to share that I have started a new chapter at @kilianfound. After years in academia, I will work in sustainability and environmental protection 🌱, creating direct actions to preserve mountain ecosystems (while still being connected to science! 🔬 ). Looking forward!

We found that Taxol resistance arises from ABCB1 activation. Resistant cells have altered chromatin marks and NL interactions. Inhibition of chromatin modifiers had no impact on ABCB1 expression, but loss of NL proteins facilitates ABCB1 derepression and led to Taxol resistance.

After 3 long years of pipetting, rewriting, changing continents & sometimes questioning my life choices… IT'S OUT! I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to everyone that stuck with me behind the scenes! This is truly the result of a team effort and I could not be more proud.
