I am excited to share our latest preprint. We have identified an axis composed by TOP2B and the LBR that helps the partitioning of the genome between the nuclear lamina and the nuclear interior. Thanks to all the authors for their great contribution

Lamina-associated domains (LADs) are megabase-sized genomic regions anchored to the nuclear lamina (NL). Factors controlling the interactions of the genome with the NL have largely remained elusive....

One of my postdoctoral efforts from @bvansteensellab is now out on bioRxiv. We tried to tackle a longstanding question: "What mediates transcription repression in Lamina-associated domains?". Thanks to all the authors for their contributions.
