Please share this link with journalists & editors, at Women’s Aid we run workshops on our media guidelines on reporting domestic abuse, which you can download here. There is also a link to the @we_level_up guidelines on reporting domestic homicides.

Our media guidelines are in collaboration with journalists, editors and survivors, and is updated regularly to reflect new statistics and feedback.
Can we once and for all dispense with this tedious "But he always took the bins out and said hello" commentary, as if there was a contradiction here that needed explaining. Violent men ARE "nice guys". They're nice to everyone but the women they abuse. That's the whole point.

These racist remarks are abhorrent - nothing short of stoking hatred and violence against Black women. Language has consequences. Until the Conservatives give this money back, it is further confirmation that racist prejudice is accepted in its ranks. https://t.co/EGYUnBPz8W

#WickedLittleLetters is ‘based on a true story’. I told that story in my book The Littlehampton Libels. I had no involvement in the movie. I learned about Wicked Little Letters only after the shooting was over. (1/4)

I'd love to hear others' comments on Seventies' communal life, or more stories of time people may have spent visiting my own household – now that we have gown so very old, & live in a world largely so removed from the one we tried to build! :/
