Here’s a good idea. During our back storm in Texas we put a cooler in the tub, and used the kitchen sink. You can also put ice cubes in containers, let them melt, and use it to brush your teeth.
Hurricane tip for all those who may be in Ida’s path. Put drinks/waters in your washer and fill with ice. Stays cold for days and water just drains out. Helped my family during Sally and Ivan. Stay safe and stay prepared

I am so sorry for your loss. My dog Jack lived until he was almost 17. My other dog Popcorn was taken away from me and my mom. He had just turned 11. I miss them both. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about them.

Your 2 miles isn’t their 2 miles. Maybe they’re near a busy road, and it’s not safe, or maybe they have to walk through an unsafe area. It’s not always about toughening up, and it’s difficult to find that kind of energy when you’re not eating properly.

Once again proving my point that PM Ardern is someone who gets things done for New Zealand. The world’s leaders should really get together with her, and have a serious conversation about so many different things. If NZ can do these things then so can so many other countries.
New Zealand is raising its min. wage to $20/hr & increasing its tax rate to 39% for its top earners.
The wage increase will benefit ~175,500 workers. The new tax rate will affect ~2% of earners.
