Type of flick we used to get all the time in the 90s but don’t anymore. Charming leads, movie built around their chemistry, effective action scenes with some that are pretty gnarly.
Enjoyed “Heads of State” alot, fun escapism done well, esp as a British person who was raised in UK/US the banter was charming, what surpised me was the action scenes, creative and clear, pushing believability but still loved it. Feels like 90s buddy action film in the best way.

Repeat this. Stamp it. Etch it into stone. A huge problem with film criticism and film going right now is the most vocal fans care way too much about other people’s opinions about subjective art.
I say this with love but some of you all care wayyyyyyy too much about what other people think of movies.
