We (Dongjun Liang and Lin Luan) harness chemoenzymatic tagging & super-fast #bioorthogonal chemistry to make fluorescent lipids that report on PM-to-ER phospholipid flux mediated by a dedicated family of lipid transfer proteins at these contact sites! 2/2
