@JCIM_JCTC @biocolloids @unifrChemistry @NCCRbioinspired @biorxiv @James_Saenz To make a long story short, we found that RNA order, mostly driven by H-bonds and low conformational entropy, promotes its adsorption to ordered membranes, via the matching of the membrane periodicity to that of RNA. As we are quite new on this, feedback is appreciated! (6/6).

While our work is specific to SPICA, we think both issues and solutions could be general to other coarse-grain force fields. Give it a look! (3/6).
