Events like this are few and far between. I've been very outspoken of why I believe the 30-60k range is a bullish consolidation and not the cycle's top.
That said - we can also move fast back to the 60s. This will also cause maximum pain to the disbelieving and exhausted crowd.

With RSI at similar levels and structure to the 2019-2020 sell off and SSR being extremely oversold, I believe there's lots of upside potential.

Key take away is - everything is squeezed out of retail and this (supply shift) normally signals market bottoms.
During blow off tops we see retail's % of the total supply growing and being dumped on. For you to sell at the top, there's gotta be a buyer.

-1.618 acts as the market cycle bottom
-We have similar dynamics with Cycle 2 (2011-2013) - price is sandwiched between the 1.236 and 1.618 Fib

It's something I've also been working on. My 2 sats are:
-we are seeing similar dynamics in Cycle 2 / Cycle 4 - with 1.618 acting as resistance, while the 1.236 acting as support.
-1.618 also acts as the macro bottom(60k in Cycle4)

Since 2015, we've had about 30

Out of those, just 2 were 60%+ corrections. Jan - Feb 2018 and Feb - March 2020. Both lasted only for 30 days - quick and vicious, trapping most people off guard.
We are currently 125 days in since Nov 2021.

We are in a bullish consolidation before another leg up.
The Dormancy's one the OC metrics that's been spot on this cycle.
And yeah - also think we have a shorter wave with a target of 150-180,000$.
My take on wave timings since 2018 (approximate):
Wave 1 Impulse: 112 days
Wave 2 Correction: 378 days
Wave 3 Impulse: 224 days
Wave 4 Correction: 378 days (and counting)...
Reaccumulation periods preceded each impulse up.

We've experienced the same development during the 2020-2021 run to 65,000$. There are several ways to break down the mini cycles, but I believe this is the cleanest projection that finds confluence with other HTF TA models.

But even when it happens - it happens quick.

An alternative way to get oversold/overbought conditions is by seeing how much the Total Crypto MC has gained relatively to the dry powder available.
Crypto MC needs to grow ~ 3.5 times for us to be Jan 2021 levels of oversold.
