Out around town in the rain 6 months ago today for day 131 of #365DaysWild, and my best house martin sighting of the whole summer! More intrepid #WildBeanAdventures a year earlier, off-roading with the pram on a disused railway line with a set of Grandbeans!
For mins 1300-1310 of #3650MinutesWild I took my copy of @simonbarneswildβs book *Rewild Yourself* for another walk, this time to @WildlifeTrusts #WinnallMoors. I hadnβt been for ages, & what I noticed above all was the wonderful smell! Loved reading to the sound of running water

#365DaysWild #KC23wild Day 067: 1 of 2 female Pheasants in the garden, with no competitors for the male to face off with for a while. Moorhen spends lots of time under the Hazel, emerging occasionally to pick over the grass. Only a few Blackbirds about since we ran out of apples!

#365DaysWild @Naturalcalendar @NearbyWild Siberian Squill in St. Eloyβs churchyard, Great Smeaton, North Yorks. Apparently, St. Eloy is the patron saint of blacksmiths and farriers, and this is the only church in Britain named after him!

Rainy days this year for days 310 and 311 of #365DaysWild. No #WildBeanAdventures on Monday, but a few brisk walks for me. Town and park yesterday, with the bean paying particular attention to birds and flowers. Hoping to make it out in time to catch a bit of #snow this morning!
2 lovely #spring days for days 310 & 311 of #365DaysWild, especially yesterday which was glorious! A trip to the #Solent on Sunday & a walk by very familiar bits of sea. A local loop yesterday with lots of birdsong, but the #magnolias arenβt quite out yet. #WildBeanAdventures
