This is pretty shocking really. What's going on with SEND? It feels like a category that's lost meaning; a term and concept nobody really agrees on. Which is worrying given the massive amount of money and effort involved in it.
Is this the greatest disparity in any metric between devolved administrations? In Scotland, 40.5% of children, and rising, are identified as having special needs, while in Wales the figure is just 9.5% and falling. Stark contrast.

This is the best thing about @AstreaErnulf. The staff work together as a team. There’s an absence of the negativity and griping you find in some staff rooms. I can’t praise the ‘can do’ attitude of the staff enough. They’re the heroes making change happen. #TeamErnulf
