In our new study out in @NatureComms, co-led by @xandra_nuqui and myself, in collab. w/ @McLellan_Lab & @ChandranLab, we designed a 2W-stabilized SARS-CoV-2 S2 antigen exhibiting enhanced expression and preserved immunogenicity against sarbecoviruses. 👉 https://t.co/gbGlXSOwyM

Thank you for sharing Lorenzo! It was definitely one of my most exciting projects. It’s crazy how much progress we all made in such a short amount of time. Ps Our artwork has seen better days lol
I went back to the lab today, and on the whiteboard I found some preliminary sketches from March 2020 where I and @zied_gaieb were trying to figure out the SARS-CoV-2 spike. I still can't believe how much work has been done and how much we know now that we did not back then.

A profile of our ❄️🐉 collaboration between @MITBiology @MIT_CSAIL @MITMath Solve is a little strong 😅 but proud to contribute to a truly interdisciplinary problem with @tbepler1 @jhdavislab and @lab_berger
Grad student @ZhongingAlong reached across departmental lines to solve a long-standing problem in electron microscopy. Co-advised by @jhdavislab and @lab_berger, she helped devise software to reconstruct molecules in motion. Article by @saimamaysidik: https://t.co/kaRi70Mu1M
