@PaulMcG2023: There is definitely lots that is out of their control. Segregated bus lanes would make a huge difference here. My original post highlighted issues with real-time information they provide. Giving precise countdowns for buses which are not running at all is wrong!.

Ghost buses on the app and on bus stops are genuinely dangerous. Last week I waited at work until there was a bus nearing on the tracker and the live timetable. 3 were showing as due to arrive in the next 15/20 mins. None showed up. Walking home alone in the dark was not fun.

What is happening recently with @FirstinGlasgow? Bus service between Broomhill and the uni has always been pretty patchy, but this past week it has completely fallen apart. I have a PhD in Transport Studies but I cannot understand how your 'real time information' is so bad! 🤷♀️.
