TIINDRR allows for i) a hypothesis-generating approach to interrogate tumor immunity and ii) an expandable platform that is user-adaptable to probe cell-cell interactions. 3/

We leverage SynNotch receptors to label immune cells that physically interact with tumor cells, allowing us to explore the tumor-immune interactome. We use TIINDRR to interrogate the tumor interactome of different tumors and during various immunotherapies. 2/
