Emergency call for a patient in shock & tachycardia, S/P hysterectomy. CT showed active extravasation(anterior to Rt External iliac Art) with hemoperitoneum. Took 30 minutes to find the source and finally the pigtail run from aorta helped. Embolised the Rt gonadal artery. It

Portal vein recanalisation done via both transhepatic and transsplenic accesses. Venoplasty for MPV, SV- PV, SMV- PV confluence. Thrombosed within 48hrs. PVR-TIPS done with stent extension to both SV & SMV. Case done by our chief @JagadeeshIR28 and me. @SIRRFS @ISVIRIndia

35Y/M with chronic non cirrhotic EHPVO. Recurrent UGI bleed requiring multiple transfusions in the past one n half year. CT showed portal cavernoma with extensive periportal and paraduodenal collaterals. @SRajesh_IR @karananandpara

Post stenting, urine output increased in 24 hrs, Creatinine back to normal & discharged after 48 hrs. Follow up CT after 2 weeks - Significant reduction in size ofright inguinal LN and reduced retro peritoneal inflammation. 10 months now and pt doing quite well.

Angio showed both A-V fistula and lymphatic fistula from SFA. Lymph node blush is seen in 2nd run. Covered stent was placed in SFA (7x37mm). Have to say our first time encountering an arterio-lymphatic fistula. Only few case reports in literature.

CT showed significant retroperitoneal inflammation, .enlarged and enhancing Rt inguinal lymph node with multiple enhancing serpentine channels in the right groin ascending upwards. - Arterio Lymphatic Fistula . In next 24 hrs, reduced urine output and raised S. Creatinine.

70Y/M, post CAG & post PTCA stent to RCA and OM. 2 days later IR reference was given in view of severe abd pain and to look for feasibility of retroperitoneal collection drainage / hematoma.
