EBL < 50 mL in canister + the blood 🩸 squirting from the dryseal as I deflated. Case time < 10 min. Used only TTE guidance.

Last case of the night before showing up in TCT. Colleague had done thrombectomy for PE but followup echo showed CIT stuck on the TV. Decided only to do AC. 3 months later clot seen on echo and is bigger. Asked to suck it out.

There's a hidden button in the middle of the Spectranetics logo. A blue LED appears and now you have continuous rotation without having to press any buttons as long as the pedal is depressed. Make sure to not do this until you've calibrated otherwise you'll be spinning everywhere
