Was able to reschedule my clinic to later in the week and book my own flight on competitor airline as >24 hours initial departure/cancellation still zero communication re: a solution to get me home. Grateful to be in the EU where there are passenger rights. @AirCanada is garbage.

You are a billion dollar corporation that only cares about profits and have no responsibility to your customers or employers and do not operate in good faith. The complete lack of transparency or corporate justice is appalling.

Purposeful lack of communication and inability to manage rebooking in order to force the customer to make decisions in their own interest in order to minimize the likelihood of reimbursement for alternative travel, accommodation and food.

Clinical trialists often use run-in periods to identify non-adherers who they don’t enrol thus ensuring maximum adherence in the trial. But how long should these run-ins be to identify the non-adherers. This study provides empirical evidence. https://t.co/kaYJJDwOQT

@Roche @GSK The nephrology community needs a large, pragmatic, patient centred platform RCT of anti-resorptive treatments for OP in advanced CKD and dialysis but there are currently many barriers including safety concerns, a lack of accurate BTMs, access to bone biopsy and funding 12/14

@Roche @GSK This study took us 10 years to get to the finish line and was a challenge to find a home due to its limitations highlighted, but it was important for us to publish it so that nobody else attempts another IPDMA on this topic 11/14
