@kateinwords I use to have the same thought. I don’t know what your beliefs are, but I believe God puts people in our life for a reason. If that was the end of the chapter, they served their purpose in our life. No matter how bad it hurts, I fully believe there’s always a brighter future ☀️.

@thegenesisbl0ck I indulged in a bottle of dark red wine last week🍷 no regrets, still woke up the next morning at 5am and worked out. No hangover, no bloating, no swelling. 90/10 method works great for me and keeps my metabolism on its toes.

There’s a new Chic-Fil-A opening in my town today. Cars are wrapped around the building, lines out on the street and people everywhere. Imagine getting up at 5-6 am for food from a fast food joint. To be THAT excited. I couldn’t imagine 😭.

I absolutely love my life. I love working 3-4 days a week, I love how I do all the pick up and drop offs for my children and not have to rely on anyone, I love my days I can recharge myself, study, and learn new things. I love being able to pack my kids’ and his lunch everyday.

I’m having surgery in 4 days and the only thing I’m focused on is recovering as soon as possible, not letting myself go, and still looking as hot as possible even if I’m wearing comfy clothes for a few days after.

@KarolineGosling ‘The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach!’ Is what I was always taught. Sometimes I’ll even pack him little leftovers or snacks so he can just heat it up if I’m not there. Or make sure there’s easy access to muffins or protein bites. ❤️.
