In 2014, two players were dismissed, two more lost to injuries. That team went 27-9 for entire season, 2nd in A10, beat Boise State in First Four, Providence in second game, lost in third to Oklahoma.

For those who don’t know: coal miners get dirty at work. Coal dust penetrates clothing, skin creases, etc. Not all mines provide showers for miners to use after a shift. He probably had a long drive to the stadium to arrive in time. Don’t judge his priorities.
