traffic circles suck and one of the reasons i don't trust a lot of policy wonks in this area is because they advocate this drivers do not understand them which means tons of accidents and near misses. Go back to signals and stop signs.

Societies can function in two different ways: 1) Strong sociocultural norms push everyone to do what they need to do (and help their neighbors who can't). Think of clearing snow from sidewalks in Japan or Sweden. 2) Government forces compliance through fines and policing.
Due to the heavy ice, DC @MayorBowser has suspended enforcement of sidewalk snow removal requirement for residents and businesses. Those fines that were issued since Sunday will be waived. @nbcwashington

Please. Over the past 50 years, $79 trillion in wealth has been redistributed from the bottom 90% to the top 1% according to that “bastion of socialism” the Rand Corporation. The top beneficiary today happens to be a South African immigrant, the wealthiest man alive, Elon Musk.
For decades, the structure of US society, by intent and design, was remade to redistribute wealth, resources, property and opportunity from Americans to non-Americans. These looted assets were then used to finance the Democrat Party and all its subsidiary schemes and structures.
