To be honest since I was a Head Football Coach and Head Track Track. I made all skill guys run and lineman threw the shotput or Discus. It was fun but I noticed kids are scared to run as well as track workouts are very tough.

Ive coached HS ball for 20 yrs, at some really great schools and was a Head Coach for a LA City school that won the ship. Ive had so many kids sign but let me tell you I hold my breath until signing day. I saw a kid who said he was offered and committed and on signing day nada.
