This is outrageous. We as a world could use the same money and resources to rescue refugees, as we do on 5 billionaires. Yes the sub situation is truly awful, but the blatant racism in the world is next to none.

Feeling totally disheartened that my band 8a colleagues and myself have taken a pay cut this month with the NHS“pay rise”. @nhspensions @lucyallan As matrons we are the glue that holds the NHS service together! Never felt so disheartened with a job I love.

£800 payed in pay rise arrears & still owe £120 in pension deficit due to the government’s kind offer of an unmatched inflation pay rise, for the sacrifices made through the 27 years developing & modelling yourself & others to the needs of the NHS it really makes you stop & think

Good lord. Not only are NHS Staff at the bottom of Band 8a going to be WORSE OFF every month following the imposed pay award, due to their pension contributions increasing. They are now being told that as the pay award was over four months late they will OWE arrears 🤯
