Just terrific work all around.
New: Turns out the Times of London reporter who wrote the since-retracted Bill de Blasio story accidentally emailed the wrong Bill de Blasio, I'm told https://t.co/hkVqwg2PLi

'I watched the ITV programme and it tugged at the heart strings. Clearly they were hurt by the arrangements...' says Commander Gunn about our #spycops doc. For the record, we weren't hurt by 'arrangements'. We were violated by state sponsored sexual exploitation.

So, no disabled peers on the Lords Committee for the Assisted Suicide Bill. No disabled-led groups invited to give evidence. And now no written evidence either. What a disgraceful exclusion of disabled people, those most affected by the Bill. Stitch up, anyone?

Two former presidents of the Association for Palliative Medicine have told me that the Leadbeater bill could “destroy” the hospice sector.
For those who think you can’t possibly care about giving terminally ill people choice in their dying days AND suicide prevention, this will really blow your minds - you can also care about our brilliant hospices too. We can and must do all these things #HospiceCareWeek

Much as I understand the frustration of thinking you’ll never be able to afford a home, this just isn’t true. One of my grandfathers could never afford his own home. The other bought one with sitting tenants on the first floor that stayed for another 30 years.
Said this before but I’ll say it again. Just one lifetime ago in the UK, our grandfathers could buy a home, buy a car, have 3 to 4 children, wives could stay home, take annual vacations, and then retire… all on one middle-class salary. What happened? We had same day GP,

Still not sure what an “attitude” is so I’m just going to imagine it like the Living Classics Pageant in Arrested Development.
