In many places, people individually are stupid and collectively much more so. Some of the worst engineers I have worked with were ex-Googke, ex-Apple. Messed up code quality, wasting months on simple features that can be pushed in a single day by any of them working individually.
About 2 weeks after I joined Twitter as an employee I was asked to put together a team to create the edit button. It had been the most requested feature on the platform for a long time. The design process was simple. I think we did that in about a day. But then the hard work.

It took these guys not even a single day to go from "put them in shelters" to "euthanize them!".
Putting so many stray dogs of Delhi in shelters is impractical. Unfortunately, only solution is to euthanize them. Big US cities euthanized stray dogs decades ago (they still do. but now the problem is quite small). We have to be less emotional as a society.

Agreed. I've been working on the same problem but for a different language. I should just port anime.
Anime.js 4.1.3 was just released with lots of small bug fixes. I'm particularly happy with the improved tween composition accuracy. Handling multiple overlapping animations on the same target is much more complex than you'd expect.
