During the Senate’s vote-a-rama today, faith leaders & other demonstrators processed to the Capitol w/ 51 caskets to symbolize the 51,000 expected deaths next year if Congress moves forward with its cuts to healthcare alone. 38 moral witnesses were arrested.

The first week of July is a very slow week for restaurants. With July 4th falling on a Friday this year, it is going to be a tough week Sure, hard-to-get reservations will be easier, But I would encourage folks to support neighborhood favorites. It will be appreciated!
