If a restaurants hours are open at 5 Please respect that. The team needs that’s last few minutes to get set up, get into uniform, drink the last of that Red Bull or eat the last bite of dinner. It’s important time for the staff before 5 straight hours of being in a busy service

The announcer at SFO terminal just said “welcome to flight xxx flying to Washington Dulles International Airport” when in fact we’re flying to DCA. The crowd was understandably vocal about that little misstep!
